This custom built rustic NW style home offers tons of privacy with thoughtfully designed rooms, great amenities, and breathtaking views during any season. Close to all the Leavenworth fun, you're only 0.4 miles from Ski Hill, 1.2 miles from historic downtown, and minutes away from biking, rafting, hiking, and other outdoor adventures.

With 5 total bedrooms including 4 king beds, two master suites with private bathrooms, and a bunk room with 4 total beds, this comfortably furnished home is well designed to host large groups, family reunions, or multiple families for a getaway. Sleeps 10 plus children under 2.

The large wrap-around deck offers spectacular views and is perfect for bbqing, sunbathing, bird watching, star gazing, or just enjoying your morning cup of coffee.

The kitchen is well-provisioned for all your cooking, baking, and dining needs. Two large living rooms each with their own fireplace offer plenty of comfort and privacy for everyone whether you are chatting around the fire, connecting with friends, or playing games. Amazing home and location!
We had 8 adults and 2 children (2 & under). This place was great. The beds were comfy, the home was cozy and it had everything we needed and more. Our 2 year old loved all the books and toys. We loved the hot tub and games. Also being able to walk to and from town was great. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Property and Great Location
Fantastic house with ample entertainment for kindergartners, teenagers and adults. Convenient location that is close to downtown Leavenworth. We had an epic snow storm (48 inches) during our stay and the owners were very gracious hosts and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property, you will not regret it!

Beautiful property
I recently stayed here for a girl's weekend. There were four of us, although this house could host many more. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. She said we could check in a little early, which we didn't end up needing, but was nice. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful and cozy linens, towels and robes. Close to town. Lovely views from the oversized deck and we appreciated the extra touches of a Christmas tree and lights around the entire exterior of house. Do bring cozy pajamas as the bedrooms were chilly, especially the two downstairs. Also, plan extra time on your day of check out (11am firm) to wash/dry towels, strip beds, run dishwasher, etc. (We thought this was a bit much considering the nightly rate/cleaning fee). Overall, I'd recommend this property, especially for families/large groups.

Wonderful experience! We had a comfortable, fun stay. Candace and Justyn were very helpful, attentive, and nice to work with. The space was perfect for our big family, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Our kids enjoyed the board games, and our grand kids had fun with the toys as well as having space to run on the beautiful grass. It’s close to town and easy access to all the activities we wanted to participate in. We will definitely be back.

Such a fun cabin for a birthday weekend. Had everything we needed plus more. Location and view were amazing. Enough room for everyone. The only thing that I would recommend could be better was the water pressure in the house for showers. Other than that, this weekend was so much fun!

Family in Leavenworth 2020
This is a beautiful home on a large lot with beautiful views. The host responded quickly and really easy to work with. We come to Leavenworth at the same time every year and this house fit our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed all being together in one place, celebrating Christmas, enjoying the hot tub, getting into downtown in a couple minutes, and the ski hill is within walking distance. We would stay here again if we could.

Is a beautiful property.
We all loved the home, and the views were amazing. We wanted to pay for a early checkin and possible late check out, since check in was 4pm and check out was 11, but apparently we couldn't do either because of covid. We should have stayed one more day. The home is perfect though....we all didn't want to leave.

Weekend trip!
This property is awesome for anyone, but particularly great for a family with small kids. Everything was child-proofed with child gates on both staircases and tons of toys and games for kids to play. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was within biking distance of the main street in Leavenworth. If it had a hot tub it would be PERFECT! Hint hint. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in — our toddlers loved all of the toys and space to run around. Candace was kind enough to let them pick a few vegetables from their amazing garden! The location is walking distance to great hikes at Ski Hill and about 30 mins to Lake Wenatchee state park. Hard to put into words how wonderful this property is. Beautiful setting with mountains all around. Huge deck to enjoy the scenery. Easy access to town. And the house is gorgeous. Nobody wanted to leave.

Wonderful home for a family gathering
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious home, and were very grateful that there were so many games etc for all the adults and kids (from füssball to paw patrol), as well as a high chair etc for the baby. We found all the tableware and kitchen appliances we needed, and the large dining table had room enough for everyone to eat (we were 11 total) as well as space for a jig saw puzzle at one end. The view was gorgeous. It was good exercise walking into town, but at more than a mile the youngsters needed a ride up the hill to get back. Many thanks to the hosts for the opportunity to enjoy some family time in their home - it was much appreciated 😊😊

Great place, great location
This place is amazing and our stay was fantastic. Conveniently close to Leavenworth without being in the thick of things. Checkin was super easy and the place was clean and very inviting. Beds were comfy and amenities were all great with a few minor exceptions. The microwave and coffee maker could stand to be replaced. Neither worked particularly well. I consider that a pretty small gripe considering how great everything else was though. The only other gripe is the cleaning request. You pay a pretty hefty cleaning deposit which covers them cleaning sheets, but not towels which I found odd. The washing machine isn’t terrible, but not great either and our checkout was extended by a few hours because we had to wait for several loads of laundry to get done.

This was a wonderful home and we enjoyed our stay!
We loved the home, the property and we were amazed at how well the home was set up. It was very clean and was well stocked for our family of 14. We had ample room and the location was perfect for skiing at Mission Ridge and wandering around Leavenworth. We will be back!

Christmas Magic
Our family had such an amazing time in Leavenworth. It was dark when we arrived. There was snow on the ground and the house was so inviting and beautifully lit up with Christmas lights. We were so excited when we walked in and saw the Christmas tree! Our daughter and family flew in from Florida for the holidays and our other daughter and husband flew in from Virginia, where they spent Christmas this year. We celebrated Christmas and 2 family Birthdays in Leavenworth - It was so wonderful for our family to wake up together in the same house. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
