"We stayed a few days in Steeleville, MO, during our Rte 66 road trip thru MO. Our host was absolutely wonderful! We ended up arriving later in the evening, in the dark! She actually contacted us, providing directions and maintained contact with us until we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival... even a bottle of wine! With her vast knowledge of the area she was able to provide so many excellent suggestions for food, shopping and site seeing. We LOVED the quaint...

"The weather was bad the day we arrived but we where very happy with the way the cabin sat, privacy and just a really cute setup. The title i gave is because we had two beautiful bald eagle flying around just off of the back deck on our second day. If you know the song salsbury hill maybe you will understand. "This is the cutest little cabin! It is perfectly organized, open and bright, clean, comfortable, and relatively close to many different attractions. While the weather was a little rainy and we didn't get to hike or fish, it is a location we'd love to visit again! For those who want to know...the shower is fantastic with great heat and pressure, and the bed is firm. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates/pans/silverware and a Keurig with K-cups. Thank you for a great little get away!"

"Absolutely beautiful home. Myself and a group of 15 men came to the area for side by side riding. Found this place and so glad we did. Amazing home plenty of room and parking for all our rigs. Melinda and Mike are the most amazing host I have ever experienced in a travel. They fixed our group a healthy breakfast and made sure our stay was amazing. Will definitely be back to this home for a stay in the future. "

"Was looking for a place that was well kept, furnished and clean. Local to both golf and floating , plenty of amenities , plenty of room for our group, plenty of parking space . I mean when I say that this place checked ALL THE BOXES. When I booked , the owner Caroline reached out , and I knew from then on , she had our best interests at heart. She got us in contact with both the golf course and the float company. She made the process very smooth and easy. The cabin was absolutely fantastic!!!...

"The property was very nice. Bed was hard and they do not supply any sheets, pillows or blankets. This is a single room with a very small fridge and microwave only. I also sent several messages to the owner and got no response. We made the best of it. The bathroom shown in the pics are of the shower house which is mediocre at best. . It desperately needs a good cleaning."

"This property is so beautiful and peaceful. The owners really put so much thoughtful detail into this lodge - the stocked kitchen with a smores kit, bathrobes and slides to wear from the house to the hot tub, the themed decorations, games, hot tub, projector, I could go on and on. We did have a water pressure issue that made it very difficult to shower however, the issue was completely out of the owner's control. Ahmar was very responsive and tried to help us remediate the issue. We loved this...
