Great place in the Heart of Leadville
Great property to stay at to enjoy all Leadville has to offer. Easy walk to many restaurants, and an easy laid back environment to use as a base for all your outdoor activities.

Motel experience redefined
It’s Feb 13, 2 days before the busiest day of the season at Copper Mountain. A significant snowstorm is coming and I have promised to teach a lesson on 2/15. I look on VRBO for the remote possibility that I can find somewhere to stay on Friday night. At first all I see are very very expensive offerings, but then low & behold a beautifully appointed room pops up at Timberline for a great price. You know what I liked best about the room was that it was so accurately depicted in the listing. Great bed & linens and great attention to detail to make the room super comfortable. I had an amazing day today skiing through all that powder with my guest. And I’ve found a wonderful place to hang my hat when I need to stay the night when skiing in the area. Well done Timberline people!

Exceeded expectations BIG TIME!
I wouldn’t even say this stay was just “good value for money”—I would have been happy even if I paid more. It was that great of a stay. Everything was so thoughtfully put together and clean. My wife, son, and I were super comfortable and happy knowing we achieved all of this without forking over a ton of money. For this price, I’ll go out of my way to stay here again. Bravo!

Beautiful gem!
We had a wonderful time and it was clean and had everything we needed and more. The guest upstairs was loud but the staff had earplugs and now I know why. Other than that it was great! That is why I still gave it a 5 star!
