"The Cozy Boho Bungalow was perfect for us (4 adults; 1 baby) for our overnight stay in Eugene. The house was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and carefully arranged to welcome guests! The communication with the host was great; we felt very well prepared for. Super cute; stocked with all the essentials; quiet; comfortable beds--we highly recommend."

"We were very happy with our stay in Eugene! The house was exactly as pictured and was very clean and well stocked with necessities. The kitchen had the basic equipment to function, so that was nice. If you have complicated recipes that require more than salt and pepper or a can opener, I would recommend brining it with you or buying one. However, I have zero complaints! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if given the chance! My kids (and us adults) thoroughly enjoyed the playroom/garage games...

"The owner was great. Communication was quick and easy. Master bed and bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a total of three twin beds. The office has a blow-up queen bed which wasn’t what we expected. The futon is nice in the living room but the other couch is in rough shape."

"The place was immaculate and we enjoyed our time staying at the property. All in all, it was cozy and very quiet which we very much needed."

"This is a great property for comfort, closeness to big box stores and UO. Used it for Univ of Oregon move-in when we had a lot of luggage and shopping. The outside space is relaxing for morning coffee, and eat-in kitchen is cute with everything you need. Having laundry avail too is wonderful. Great beds for sleeping."

Solid house in great repair; doors/windows closing tightly to keep out drafts; comfortable beds (!); excellent water heat/pressure; working internet; well-organized and appointed kitchen and bathrooms; new appliances for laundry, cooking, and multimedia; and SUPER clean. "House and property suited us well, and the location was great and close to everything we needed. It does sit on a busy road, but it was not terrible. There was more than enough space for all to relax and not feel cramped. Wonderful outdoor seating areas with fabulous tropical plants.
