"All of the front desk staff members were so friendly and helpful. Elise kept my well-informed with emails and relieved some of my stress during a last minute rescheduling. Having someone at the hotel pick me up and return me to the airport plus help with baggage was a plus at my age. It is literally around the corner from all the eateries along the cours de saleya as well as the flower market. And a short block to the ocean boulevard. So convenient. The breakfast option is also a plus. "

"WoW. We are local and have always wanted to stay here. We went for an overnight staycation for my husband's birthday. The Negresco upgraded our room to a view room which was a lovely Bday surprise! Although the Negresco is under construction, they did much to minimize its effects by limiting the noisy time and placing us as far from the noise as possible. The staff were all amazing and kind. "We stayed here one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had valet parking, which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding our car when we wanted to leave. All the staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Not about the hotel but, it was a little confusing how to get to the Christmas Market from the hotel, but in the end we found our way. "
