"The staff are very helpful and efficient at least Louvre timhotel. We were in the family room on top floor and one veluxe window has a blind 👍. But the other doesn't so can wake you up with daylight in the morning early. We recommend pizza restaurant casa fiesta excellent staff service there only 2 minutes walk in next street. The lift is tiny don't overload it. It's a pricey hotel, but you will have a job to get closer for the money. "

"The staff were very nice and informative! So friendly! You’d think that being in a different building might be unsafe or inconvenient because the front desk is not there but none of that applied! Felt very safe and they had the QR code to reach the front desk. The only thing is that I couldn’t call room to room (our phones were not compatible) so it’d be nice if there was a phone line within the rooms. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay, I would def go again and recommend this place!...

"I arrive very late at night and had no complications checkin in. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of options. My first time in Paris and everyone was really polite and talk English and Spanish and where nice about it that really helped a lot. Rooms are good and clean. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Over all I would stay there again. It made me feel safe and welcome. "

"The location is as good as it gets. The front desk staff iare ncredible, but I would not trust the cleaning staff. as in any hotel use the safe for keeping your valuables safe including chargers!! One of the cleaning staff took mine, but returned it to me after they were done using it. There are no washcloths in the bathrooms. Which I found a little odd"
