"We stayed in this lovely property in August. The garden and pool are beautiful. Willy was always at the end of a WhatsApp message if there were any problems. We only have 2 criticisms. The garden gate cannot be secured. Thankfully our grandson understood that he was not to go out to see the chickens (who he loved to feed our prawn shells to) without an adult with him, younger children may not. "The host famy are very nice people and explained everything well. The house is light and welcoming. The outside area has a great pool and the garden is large with various seating options. We especially enjoyed eating outside at the large table. It is advertised as 9 people but realistically two beds were on the floor, so suits 7 perfectly. We very much appreciated the late check out due to no booking following us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"La maison est superbement bien placée ( plage a pied et centre ville à pied ). Impasse très calme et sécurisée. Petit bémol de propreté a notre arrivée, les vitres étaient extrêmement sales avec des grosses traces de doigts. Nous avons dû les laver nous même. Les placards n étaient pas propres non plus. Malgré ça nous avons passé un excellent séjours dans cette maison et nous la recommandons pour vos vacances a la faute sur mer. Le propriétaire est sympa et arrangeant "

"Pour un week-end entre amis, la maison est parfaite pour accueillir nos 4 couples. Des chambres confortables et tous les équipements pour se sentir comme à la maison. La cuisine est très bien équipée et c’est très appréciable. La terrasse et sa vue sont sublimes, on aurait pu passer 4 jours accoudés à regarder la mer ! "We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. "Lovely newly renovated villa in a great location. It is very well equipped with one important omission. There is no provision for rubbish disposal. It seems that the expectation is for guests to place their rubbish in the private bins of a nearby campsite. It transpired that the campsite owners were not privy to this arrangement and we’re not best pleased when I tried to put my bag of rubbish in their bins. At the end of our stay, the agent tried to tell me that we had to take our rubbish away...
