"Séjour très agréable et surtout dépaysant dans un environnement confortable, calme et chaleureux. Maison moderne et très spacieuse décorée avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ainsi que la piscine. Nous avons pu visiter facilement Narbonne, Carcassonne ,Andorre et différents sites touristiques des montagnes noires. "Beautiful views, lots of privacy and one of the best stocked properties that we have ever rented are what you get with Kilima. And an actual, proper, propane, full-sized BBQ grill which is virtually impossible to find in Europe. Ductless heat pumps in every room so you can always set the perfect temperature. We would have liked to spend even more time in the heated pool but unfortunately the September temperatures were a little lower than we had expected. We had a great stay at Kilima."

"We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa. The pool is amazing, and what a fabulous view from the terrace we will definitely miss that! The check in process was very straightforward and helpful. The area is stunning and there is lots to do if you like walking, cycling or canoeing. Day trips to Béziers and Carcassonne are also possible. The shop in the village is also worth a mention, it’s amazing and has everything you will need. Definitely 10/10."

"Das Objekt hat praktisch alles gehalten was versprochen wurde. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt und sauberes Haus. Einziger Nachteil: man sollte etwas resistent gegen Hundegebell sein. Es hat in der Nachbarschaft viele Hunde und die hört man immer mal wieder. Aber sonst sehr ruhig mit viel Privatshäre"

"No one to met us at property as promised but a local neighbour was helpful. Accommodation ok but could have done with drawers in bedrooms and more pillows and better towels. Kitchen ok but the large wooden table had numerous recesses that could not be cleaned. Crockery, cutlery and glasses a mixed bag with cracks or chips in some. "We went there with the family (2 adults, 3 kids) for a 2 week vacation. Very nice and clean location with plenty of space. The 5 bedrooms are spacious and with 3 bathrooms, there was never a queue in the morning or evening. The acoomodation is equipped with a large inside kitchen and a large outside kitching with big BBQ. Kitchens have about everything you would want or need (ovens, espresso machines, toasters, tools,…) The swimming pools are fantastic to enjoy during the warm weather. If it...

"Everything was fine except lines of communication to arrange the 1st meeting at the studio. I cannot speak French so could not understand the email the project manager had sent me. The owner was contacted and he was very helpful and could speak English."

Wonderful house, we loved everything about it

"Fantastic spacious house for our group, especially enjoyed the fantastic pool and BBQ area. Beautiful part of France, lots of options (hiking, beaches, city visits etc). So good to have A/C in the bedrooms as it was very hot during our stay. "

House in Roquebrun

"Lovely location - right by the river - perfect for adults, teenagers, kids and dogs. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Very pretty. House is nice but could definitely benefit from a bit of a spruce. Garden furniture all needs a good clean - tatty cushions outside. Kitchen well equipped for 14 although missing any large glasses. Pillows on beds need updating. No air conditioning which made it difficult on hot days/nights but lots of fans provided. Good area for dining. Pool quite small and no pool lights for evenings. Rubbish needs to be sorted into recyclable and general waste - and basically taken out every day - we were not provided with the key card to access the larger hatch for general waste - which meant posting individual bits through a small postbox contraption in the side. Plenty of space for 12. Kayaking very close and a lovely way to spend the day."
