"We booked this property several days in advance for our honeymoon. Unfortunately my wife ended up getting sick enough to go to the hospital. We informed the hotel as soon as we found out we would be cutting our trip short, and provided hospital visit verification. We politely simply asked for a refund, which was denied. Not diminishing the property (it looks beautiful and we wished we could see it) but giving low rating due to compassion for our circumstance. "

"Check-in went smoothly and receptionist was very competent. However we wanted to use the SPA and it was not possible as all the time slots were taken. Additionally, the restaurant was closed. We booked this Hotel as we wanted to use the SPA and enjoy a romantic evening. It was not mentioned on any page during the booking process that Hotel Guest needed to book a slot for the SPA and we were not informed that the restaurant was closed. "The Yotel is super clean and stylish and has a nice restaurant to relax in. The service is stellar throughout but once you know how to do the checkin, you’re good to go with the lobby screen. The rooms are tiny but have pretty much everything you need in them for an overnight airport stay. It was perfect for us. Thanks! "

"Fantastic variety of breakfast and good meal at dinner too. This is a nice hotel and very clean rooms. thumbs up for housekeping! shiny chrome and clean kettle and cups, everything you need for a relaxing stay they serve it. The billiards is a plus, kept us entertained whenever we cannot go out due to wet weather.. only downside is the transport, we expected shuttle to and from the airport. we booked this for the convenience of airport transfer. Monica collected us from the Airport. Gregory was really warm welcoming us, he has a very friendly smile (beautiful eyes) and easy to talk to. However there was a slight misunderstanding with our room, we were given double bed instead for 3 guests (family) but was corrected the next morning and they gave us chicolaye when we came back to our room the next morning. was a sweet apology, made us smile.. Our 5 night Stay was all good apart from our early flight, we booked 7am flight and We were told that shuttle is not 24hrs. the driver/receptionist comes at 6am, that is the availability of their shuttle. If you have an early flight, do not count on their shuttle. expedia didn't state this hence we paid extra for uber, it cost us extra £42 :( "
