"My family enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides detailed information and is extremely responsive. We enjoyed the lake, parks, biking and wish we had another day to do more! The property is just a few blocks from lake community beach and downtown. A grocery store and bakery just a block away. There is no onsite parking. We were able to find street parking close by each day."

"The Grand Dame shows its age but the property is very well located among the highest homes on the hill side providing for excellent views of the mountains, lake, nearby castle and Annecy in the distance. The many bedrooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. From the kitchen and master bedroom you will often see dozens of parapente gliders, many of which you can watch land just a 10 minute drive from the house . "Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"10 old friends reunion. Blown away by the view! Great pool, though late September made the water refreshing. Great spaces inside and out for leisurely shared meals. (Did I mention the view? We all did a lot of cooking! Easy to walk down into town to the baker (croissants!) or little supermarket. (Or cafes) Hills around there great for walking , and lots of ware activities on the lake. "
