"From start to finish, the experience was brilliant. We were given a warm welcome, the lady showed us the room herself, the room was of very high quality (oak and brass doors and furnishings) and the meal in the restaurant was amazing - food and friendliness of staff! Breakfast was self-service and of very high quality - fresh-baked croissants, etc. The staff, again, were very polite and accommodating, and the final checkout was warm and courteous. Our room did overlook a level crossing, but the window shut out the sound perfectly. It was just a lovely hotel!"
