Great Place!
Stunning view! Kids had a lot of fun at the pool. Enjoyed the walk in the morning to the boulangerie 1,5 km away.

Plaisir et intimité
Un bel accueil de Béatrice dans cette maison ou vous vivez au choix de vos envies. Tout est prévu pour passer des vacances relaxantes au bord de la "grande" piscine et de son pool house. La vue sur la mer et la rade de Toulon les pieds dans l'eau est fantastique. A découvrir.

Une vue imprenable
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette villa sur les hauteurs du Pradet. Une vue sur mer dont on ne se lasse pas et une piscine paradisiaque à debordement. Nous avons vécu à côté de la piscine toute la journée compte tenu de la presence dune cuisine d'été complète d'un wc et d'une douche d'été en extérieur Très bon accueil. Quelques restaurants à 5mn à pied près du port. Nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir loué 2 semaines pour en profiter davantage

All in all good. Always exciting to see how the floor plan is, and in this case it was good. The only downside and the reason why it doesn’t get high score it the main bedrooms are located in the basement and it has a heavy basement smell.

Wundervolle Ferien an der Côte d'Azur
Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig, es gibt 2 Küchen, 3 WC / Bäder, schöne Pflanzen und einen wunderschönen, riesigen Pool, sogar einen Barbecue-Platz gibt es am Haus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Empfang war sehr nett und der Kontakt zwischendurch (insofern nötig) auch. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, es gibt 3 nette Restaurants und einen Boule-Platz. Kleiner aber netter Strand (allerdings kein Sand). Zum einkaufen muss man fahren, aber das machte uns nichts.

Perfekter Sommerurlaub
Das Haus hat eine super Lage für Ausflüge entlang der Côte d’Azur. So war der 2 Wochen Urlaub eine perfekte Mischung aus Entspannung am Pool und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir waren mit 6 Personen und einem Hund dort. Die unteren Zimmer sind durch eine Verbindungstür verbunden und man muss durch das Schlafzimmer der anderen, um ins Bad zu kommen, oder nach draußen gehen, um das obere Bad zu nutzen. Die Zimmer sind zudem sehr hellhörig. Das ist nicht ganz ideal, je nachdem wie gut man sich kennt ;) Ansonsten ist das Haus aber gut aufgeteilt und vor allem der Pool Bereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet!! Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind mitzubringen, das muss man nur vorher wissen. Wir waren alles in allem sehr zu frieden. Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir uns nur Dank Google Translator verständigen konnten (wir sprechen leider kein Französisch und unsere Gastgeberin wiederum kein Englisch oder Deutsch). Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Beste Poolanlage, die man haben kann
Die Aussicht vom Pool aus, die dortige Aussenküche und die Toilette mit Dusche am Pool waren der Knaller. Wir haben die Zeit am Pool sehr genossen. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage: Top. Die Ausstattung mit zwei Küchen mit Kochgelegenheiten und jeweils Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank mit ausreichender Ausstattung an Service, Besteck und Gläsern war klasse. Das Haus hat uns alles geboten, was wir gebraucht haben. Die Absprachen für An- und Abreise haben super funktioniert. Das Grundstück ist in Terrassenform angelegt, auf der untersten Ebene sind zwei Schlafräume mit einem Bad, die Hauptebene hat Küche Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad und kleine Fernsehecke, zwei Aussenessplätze, einer davon mit Grill. Auf der dritten Ebene befindet sich die Poolanlage. Alles ist eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund sich auch frei bewegen konnte. Die Waschmaschine sorgt dafür, dass man mit kleinem Gepäck anreisen kann. Die Garage ist nur für kleine Autos geeignet, konnte aber unsere Dachbox aufnehmen. Verbesserungsvorschlag: eigene Klimaanlage für die Fernsehecke / das Wohnzimmer wäre toll, ging aber auch ohne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle piscine mais pas assez chauffée. Très belle environnement et très calme. Bien accueillie par Béatrice. Maison avec toute les commodités, mais quelques petit travaux de finition à faire. Manque de ventilation des chambres en sous-sol.

2 Wochen im Paradies
Unser Aufenthalt war einfach himmlisch. Den Blick aus dem Pool aufs Meer haben wir alle mitgenommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Küchen waren top ausgestattet, die Kommunikation mit Claudine sehr nett. Wir haben praktisch nur am Pool gelebt, jede Minute genossen, abends gegrillt .. was will man mehr. Die wunderschöne Zeit ist viel zu schnell vorbei gegangen.

Toller Urlaub
Wir haben drei herrliche Wochen in Le Pradet verbracht. Ein beschaulicher Ort. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Hafen mit Lokalitäten, die man in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Das Haus samt Pool waren toll, vor allem dass am Pool eine Küche, Toilette und Dusche vorhanden waren. Jeden Freitag kam ein Mitarbeiter, der sich um den Pool gekümmert hat. Was am Haus gestört hat, dass 6 Schlafplätze im Untergeschoss waren mit einem sehr kleinen Bad. Ein Zimmer war feucht mit Schimmelbefall in einer Ecke. Pascal, der für das Objekt zuständig ist, war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus
Ein ganz toller Pool mit Bar und Außenküche sowie eigener Dusche und Terrasse mit großartigem Ausblick. Küchen waren gut ausgestattet, insgesamt sehr groß und geräumig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Vacances reposantes en famille
Maison très bien équipée et très bien située avec magnifique vue sur la mer. Très belle piscine à débordement où nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre séjour ! Accueil sympathique. Seul bémol: le ménage n'était pas très bien fait à notre arrivée... Nous recommandons cette très jolie maison !

Très bon séjour dans cette maison
Cette maison est située près de la mer et il y a une belle vue sur la mer depuis la salle de séjour. Au niveau de la piscine, c'est encore plus beau : la forme et l'aménagement de la piscine ainsi que la vue sur la mer, et sur le port si on se déplace un peu, sont magnifiques. La propriétaire de la maison et la personne qui remet les clés sont sympathiques et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. C'est la 1ère fois que je louais une maison. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Mooiste plekje van Les Oursinières!!
Karakteristieke Franse woning met daarachter/boven een schitterend groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de baai van Toulon. Als je niet te hoge eisen stelt aan een vakantiewoning dan is dit een prima vakantie-adres.
