"This is a very nice property that has plenty of room and good facilities. The owner is charming and helpful. We were very pleased to have a full-sized dishwasher in particular. Most of the furnishings and equipment are in very good condition, unlike some other places we have rented. There were games (Scrabble, Monopoly etc) for wet days. "The apartment was terrific. It was very clean; the appliances and amenities were up to date. The location was perfect. It looks over the main square which I thought might be noisy at night but the bedrooms are in the back and perfectly quiet. "Good-sized one bedroomed apartment. We loved the situation, the view out to sea, the balcony to enjoy an aperitif and the good quality furniture and bathroom. The pictures on the walls really helped to make the apartment feel like a home. Good private parking although access to the underground car park involves 2 flights of stairs so you need to be reasonably fit to bring up your suitcases! Overall, we loved it. "

"Le propriétaire est très correct. Très disponible. Il manque à Abritel de donner plus de précisions sur la location à savoir sur le nombre de couchage. Il est destiné à un couple avec un petit enfant, et non pour 4 adultes. La localisation est très bien . Il manque un peu de confort et surtout le wifi. De toute façon façon le propriétaire est très compréhensible et tout à fait prêt à donner plus en confort. Cuisine et salle d'eau sont bien équipées. Aucun regret pour ce séjour à Concarneau....
