"When we checked in they said the AC was broken and was going to be fixed the next day. But it wasn't. At least they gave us a fan to use in the room and free breakfast. "

"We booked Hotel Face West at the last minute as it is close to the motorway and stayed 2 nights. The room was compact, but very clean and comfortable We found a number of eateries down the street and found one where all the other customers were locals. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were good value."

"The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"Check in was advertised 2.00.p.m. was actually 5.00p.m. The hotel was closed between 12 pm and 5 pm so no access to swimming pool reception food or drink during afternoon. We did not stay as not what we expected at all."

"Wonderful Provençal cottage wonderfully hosted by Jean-Marc. The property is 7km from Avignon centre and has room for 3 spacious accommodations, maintained in Provençal style, and plentiful continental breakfast. There is a lovely pool on property also. Nothing is any trouble for Jean-Marc, who will give help and advice on local amenities and he encourages socialising amongst visitors, which adds to the experience.
