The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. All in all if i was returning to the south of France in would definitely use this hotel again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Aix @ des Augustins. The location was excellent - right off Cours Mirabeau and a wonderful little square with restaurants and pubs. A little rocky start as the room with terrace I booked (via description and pictures) did not exist. I’m not sure if this was an error on Expedia or hotel description of rooms; but, I was disappointed upon arrival. We were given the deluxe room that I booked, but no terrace, just windows. I was offered the comfort room with a terrace...
