"Unable to get past the gate to park our vehicle. Fortunately someone unrelated to the property was able to get us through. Once we parked, we were unable to get into the property. Had another guest not arrived shortly before we did, we would have been unable to get in. There was no one to greet or check us in. A staff member arrived in the morning to prep a breakfast. Most unusual check-in process I’ve ever experienced. Had we known this in advance, we would not have booked this...

"It was a lovely clean well maintained place. The host was nice. A few minor items, the WiFi stopped working after one day and there’s no phone signal the area. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom, and it’s in the middle of a farming working area. Otherwise I recommend it, and believe it to be better than most accommodations around. "

"This was one of the best of most memorable places we ever stayed in! We had such a wonderful time that we decided to stay an extra night, which was no problem at all, and Salvatore and Vincenzo arranged another beautiful room in the castle. The quiet place is neatly situated close to Nantes, Saint Nazaire, the La Baule beach and other great attractions and landmarks. We will likely be back again next year, many thanks for a pleasurable stay!"

I told them when checking out, they didn't like it. I say this: you do nothing for your clients, no towel changes, no bed change nothing. You can AT LEAST take that one small bin garbage out. It's not the end of the world and honestly, it's cheap to ask your guest to do that. I dont mind doing it, again, got all the boxes,...
