"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We have just returned from a wonderful few days at this beautiful villa. The house is much larger than the photos show and is really lovely. The pool was a real highlight for us, our kids spent most of the day in the pool! The views from the villa are stunning and it’s close enough to Sainte Maxime to walk down and enjoy the shops and restaurants. We can’t recommend it enough and hope to be back some day. Thank you ! "

"This house is lovely, it’s spacious and has a fantastic outdoor area with a large swimming pool. The property manager is lovely and very helpful with quick response times. We really enjoyed our stay. Please note that, there is a cleaning fee that needs to be paid in cash at the end of your stay and towels are not provided."

"Good size for 4 couples, although lack of ensuite toilets to all 3 main bedrooms a bit of a let down. Spacious, bright, airy property of a modern design, but the décor is looking a bit tired. Surprised that no equipment instruction manuals were provided, they are normally. Had trouble with dishwasher and were not aware of the blinds at each window. Great swimming pool and outdoor living area, although little used in October. When large group / couples staying more access keys would be useful....

"Everything about this accommodation was a 5 star. From the communication prior, check in process, the villa itself and location, we couldn't ask for more. Do bring your walking shoes, its at the top of a hill which offers beautiful views so it was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants, cafes etc. within walking distance and of course the beach too. The villa was spacious enough that with 10 of us staying there, we did not feel on top of each other. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here."

"It was good. We had no cooker nor oven for the first night. No oven for the whole time we were there. The agent was piping in without notice. Over all the land lord was polite. Villa had 3 bath/showers not 5 as advertised. The flat below is not a 2 bedroom it’s a one bed. Not enough cupboards in the property. Over all was nice 👌."

"We were a little tired and stressed on arrival as our pre booked hire car was a bit of a mission to sort. The Villa owner was there when we arrived, wanting payment for bedding and cleaning. We were expecting the bedding but had missed the €180 for cleaning as the correspondence was in French only. She said that they shouldn’t really be letting the property as they’d had a water leak leaving one of the rooms damp and with mould, which was true. "We had a lovely time at this villa the views are spectacular and only a short minute drive down to the sea. The only thing was the villa needs a bit of maintenance downstairs in the bathrooms which leak, and they also left us one toilet roll between 8 people. It would be nice to have at least a few things like hand soap in the bathrooms not a small bar between three bathrooms. No tin foil no washing up liquid. "A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we...

"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. It was a tiny problem at the check out, our luggage was checked back in vs being checked out. It was resolved relatively quick. Also, check out fees were charged twice, and we are still working to resolve this matter. Otherwise, perfect vacay, thank you for your hospitality. "

"It’s quite a lovely hotel, rates are reasonable for Saint Tropez. Hotel service is unparalleled. The only downside is that it is not in the city centre nor do you have sea views. The hotel makes up for not being located in the city centre by offering free transport service between the hotel and city centre. "
