Simple secluded house on huge private land

The secluded cottage is on a huge private property with its own driveway. In the old garden surrounding the 18th century stone house you will find rose bushes, rhododendrons, fruit trees and nut trees. The cottage is completely private: there are no neighbors or owners or others around. Your only neighbors here are hares, deer, foxes and wild boars. Enjoy the view over the valley with cornfields and grazing cows from the covered terrace. It is very sillent here and you will be 100% alone.

The cottage is located in the meadows of the famous French countryside. From the driveway you can immediately start your walks or bike rides. Follow one of the many quiet country roads to a charming village or a French restaurant serving Norman cuisine: camembert and cider. Or take a day trip to Normandy's famous beaches, national parks, cathedrals, castles and medieval towns such as Mont Saint Michel (!), Caen, Bayeux (with its tapestries), Saint Malo, Domfront, Fougeres or Falaise. In Caen and Bayeux you can visit the landing beaches. You can also take an excursion to Guernsey or Jersey.

My house is perfect for people who love simplicity, nature and tranquility. The house has a living room with an equipped kitchen, therre is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. Also a bedroom with a large double bed on the first floor and a bedroom with a small double bed on the ground floor. A folding bed can be placed in the living room. The house is simple but has electricity, a wood stove, electric heating, a washing machine, a kitchen with drinking water, crockery, cutlery and pans, a gas stove with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a covered terrace.

Sheets and towels are not provided !!!

You can drive the car in the driveway and park in front of the door.

In short, my simple house is completely private and is in a beautiful location with a large fenced private plot so that you have complete tranquility. The region is very beautiful and there is much to do in Normandy.
