"We were amazed by the way that the windmill has been renovated. It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. There are great walks and we really appreciated riding around on the bikes that we were provided with. There was plenty to do for five days. "The location is ideal - literally attached to the cathedral, walking distance from everything. Large apartment with a balcony. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience living in the centre of Angers. Couldn't have asked for much more."

"C'est sans doute le plus beau gîte dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Vraiment magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'espace de vie très agréable et la cour intérieure aussi (la plancha est top !). Hyper bien situé pour visiter la région angevine. Très bon accueil du propriétaire qui nous a conseillé des visites. La boulangerie et les restaurants du village sont exceptionnels ! Les bémols : l'insonorisation avec l'extérieur (penser aux bouchons d'oreille, les chambres donnent côté rue)...

"We had a wonderful holiday in Denée. Gite is down a country lane, away from things. Met by the owners who had limited English but were absolutely lovely. Gite is a great size and for the first time in any property we had plenty of crockery/glassware/cutlery! Garden is lovely with undercover eating area and barbecue. All very relaxing. Short drive to lots of chateaux, wine tastings and river beaches. Kayaking down the Loire was a particular favourite trip. Would recommend this gite...
