"Get the river view even off season which we did. You can open your window and hear the soothing sounds. The room was well appointed, modern and clean. The on-site restaurant was pretty good too considering the front desk staff do double duty to cook as well. Service was top notch. Also the surrounding quiet and charming town has street vendors who setup shop for the locals but they spoken English too. It’s nice to be able to see a town that’s not a bunch of souvenir shops every block. ...

"This is a nice family owned property. We picked it because it was a 15 minute drive away from Mont San Michele. Parking was on site, secure and easy. The rooms and common areas of this property are dated but clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms appear remodeled and while they are small, they are extremely functional. "There is no lift, the hotel checkin is one flight up a winding staircase. Our room was up another level with another winding staircase. The room was comfortable the decor is old world. The bathroom shower was in a tub that was not easy to climb into could be considered hazardous. It was nice to stay on the island and enjoy the peacefulness at night."
