"This apartment was exactly what we needed and more. We were 3 adults with a car and it was the perfect home base for our Riviera vacation. It is nicer than the pictures and the pool was lovely after long days of touring the area - especially as we had hot sunny days. "Good apartment in a good location. However, very bad on the cleanliness. Stain (appeared to be urin) over the toilet. Someone’s clothes were left in the washer and closet, the only towel provided was the one meant for the floor (it was a white towel that looked brown). I asked the owner about clothes in laundry and he only wanted to know if I needed to use the washer. I asked if there were towels and he said he would provide for 30€. I asked about the stains on the toilet and he never offered to...

"Elina and Jean-Paul were very pleasant hosts and the sun terrace and the large pool are what make this property what it is. To have such a large pool is very rare in this area. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with an update especially in the kitchen but overall we had a very nice stay"

"Ideally located to the village of Valbonne and other villages. Tastefully decorated with a terrace over looking the pool and the opposite hills. The pool in particular was the highlight-large size and clean with sunchairs to spend the days relaxing around a garden with ample trees. Car parking available. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."
