Welcome to our magnificent house in the heart of the historic city of Le Mans! With a capacity of 24 people, this elegant residence is perfect for large groups or families looking for an unforgettable stay in a warm and refined atmosphere.

Très bon séjour en famille au cœur du centre-ville
Très bon séjour passé dans cette belle et grande maison ancienne, en plein cœur du centre-ville, entourée de commerces et à deux pas de la cité médiévale de Le Mans. Le parking souterrain, payant mais peu cher, dans la rue à 10 mètres et très pratique !Des petites améliorations concernant la propreté à apporter, mais sinon, tout était très bien !

Bonjour, Je tiens à vous informer que nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mans, malheureusement les moments passés dans le logement étaient un peu moins bon… le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer et n’a pas dû être fait depuis un moment… Nous avons même un doute sur l’état des draps dans l’une des chambres (ont ils été changés avant notre arrivée!) Le parking de presenté sur l’annonce n’est Pas accessible et nous n’avons également pas pu accéder au parking filles dieux qui est fermé en soirée et le dimanche! La douche d’une des chambres du RDC, fuit dans la cloison et une forte odeur d’humidité persiste. La société rêve aux Mans n’a pas été présente, elle aurait du nous prévenir de la modification d’accès aux parkings et nous attendons toujours que quelqu’un nous recontacte depuis vendredi… Malgré cela le logement est magnifique mais manque vraiment de suivi et d’entretien. Autre point, la rue extrêmement passante la nuit (centre ville), les menuiseries très anciennes et le simple vitrage, provoque énormément de bruit dans les chambres côté rue.
