"We had a wonderful and lovely week in Bernieres sur mer. Isabelle and Guillaume were perfect hosts and their chalet was beautiful and very comfortable. Also, it had all the facilities we required. The use of bikes was an added bonus👌 Thank you. The location was very quiet and near to the beach where we enjoyed many strolls and bike rides along the promenade stopping for lunch/dinner/coffee/icecream etc - superb. It was a great central location to explore all the Normandy towns and WWII sites....

"We have had a lovely stay, the house is great and has a lovely big garden. Ideal for the kids to play in. Lots to do in the area. Vrbo had incorrectly said there would be a hot tub, this has been changed now. Only thing that was not online and we found out when we were in touch just before traveling is that you have to ask for towels/bedding and pay separately."

My dream came true to visit Normandy and the Beach my dad landed on in WWII>Omaha Beach The property was a serendipity experience for us as we used it as a base to explore. We rented a car from Bayeux so we had transport, the house had everything we needed for our 14 day stay and any problem(dryer issue) was immediately addressed. "We adored this property! It was so beautiful and tranquil. It was so easy to travel to the D-sites and very close to Bayeux, our nearest gorgeous town. It was also very easy to get taxis. Even the drivers are really friendly. It was a very relaxing house. Fully recommend it!!"

"Arnaud and Jessica are lovely hosts. They were there to greet us and show us around. We were there in October when it was rainy so didn't get to enjoy all the outdoor areas but they would be wonderful in better weather. It was a great location to stay for visiting Bayeux and all the D-Day sites. "

However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."
