Schönes Plätzchen zum entspannen
Schön ruhig, super Aussicht, sauber. Ist für vier Personen gut. Aber Treppensteigen ist angesagt weil am Hang gelegen. Wir haben es genossen.

Super schönes Haus in toller Umgebung
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Juli hier verbracht- das Haus bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen wundervollen Ausblick, die Grillen zirpen, tolle Strände in der Nähe, die auch noch nicht überfüllt waren, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin - wir danken fr die wunderschöne Zeit!

Good relaxing
Über viele Treppen musst du gehen. Jeder ist sans vis a vis, aber es ist ein Wohnanlage mit bester vue. Mein Q7 konnte ich nicht in der Garage unterbringen, vor 40 Jahren waren die Autos kleiner. Aber sehr sauber und für 4 Personen reicht es gut. Wir waren es zufrieden.

Huisje met prachtig uitzicht
Het huisje is gelegen op een kleinschalig domein dat tegen een heuvel aangebouwd is. Vanaf het terras, dat veel privacy biedt, heb je een prachtig uitzicht! Ook fijn dat er een buitendouche is op het terras. Het interieur is ietwat gedateerd maar comfortabel doordat alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig is. Via een pad met veel trappen ben je snel bij het strand van La Fossette. Goed voor de dagelijkse beweging. :-) Klein aandachtspunt is de verlichting bij de toegangstrappen naar het huisje, heel donker ‘s avonds. Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad!

Lage und Sicht schön, allerdings sehr steil gelegen;leider hört man die Strasse von St Claire im Garten gut. Einfach, aber praktisch eingerichtet.

Magnifique vue sur mer
La vue de la terrasse est magnifique ! Les 2 chambres sont un peu petites et il a été compliqué d'y ajouter un lit pour le bébé. Location non adaptée à des enfants en bas âge (beaucoup de marches et terrasse en petits cailloux blancs non adapté à un enfant qui apprend à marcher). Par ailleurs, l'accès plage à pied, avec un bébé ne permet pas d'utiliser une poussette, nous allions donc à la plage en voiture. Les chaînes TV programmées sont uniquement en allemand. Sinon, location propre et conforme au descriptif. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Le garage était également apprécié pour y mettre la voiture. Nous recommandons cette location (mais sans bébé)

Une maison de vacances bien agréable et idéalement située pour rayonner sur le secteur
La maison située dans les hauteurs du Lavandou offre un panorama magnifique au son des cigales. Un chemin (avec une centaine de marches) permet d'accéder à pied à la plage en contrebas. Un petit garage règle la question du stationnement. Seuls bémols : on n'entend tout de même le bruit de la circulation routière de la route qui longe le littoral. Et la clim n'était pas très efficace ou alors je n'ai pas su l'utiliser correctement. De belles vacances dans un secteur magnifique. Entre randonnées, baignades, visites de Bormes les mimosas ou encore les îles. Très chouette.

Herrlich gelegenes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe
Sehr schöne Lage mit traumhaften Meeresblick von der Terasse,umrahmt von viel Grün.Wunderbarer Strand von La Fossette,zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Klimanalage an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Parkplatz in Hausnähe auf dem Grundstück.

Magnifique vue sur la Méditerranée !
Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette location très fonctionnel! L’endroit est très tranquille et à 7min à pied d’une plage très sympa: La Fosette. Plage familiale et calme. La vie est juste magnifique et c’est tellement agréable de profiter de l’extérieur. Le plus est également la climatisation pour bien dormir le soir. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Nur kurze Wege zum Strand. Leider dieses Jahr sehr viele Tigermücken, was eine Nutzung der schönen Terrasse abends unmöglich machte. Super Urlaub.

Wunderschönes Domizil
Das Domizil haben wir so vorgefunden, wie vom Vermieter beschrieben. Eine ruhiges Ferienhaus in einer abgeschlossenen Ferienanlage mit herrlicher Aussicht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten gut erreichbar gewesen. Das Auto konnte so in der Garage bleiben. Auch der Weg zum Baguette holen konnte über die befestigte Straße gut zu Fuß bewältigt werden. Und am Abend ging es noch einmal mit unseren beiden Kindern im Alter von 12 Jahren auch zu Fuß über schöne Wege an der Küste nach Le Lavandou. Uns haben die beiden Sommerwochen im Juli sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal dorthin. Auch der nette Kontakt zum Vermieter ist hervorzuheben und die Organisation bezüglich der Anreise und Abreise haben reibungslos geklappt.

Erholsamer Urlaub mit toller Aussicht
Erneut haben wir dieses Ferienhaus für unsere Sommerferien gebucht und haben wiederum einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Kinder genossen den schönen Garten und das Baden am nahe gelegenen Sandstrand der Fossette Plage. Dank der neuen Klimaanlage waren auch bei höheren Temperaturen die Nächte sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Ferien in diesem Haus.

Genussvolle Sommerferien
Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen! Wunderschöner Sitzplatz mit Meersicht und privater Atmosphäre. Fossette Plage in Gehdistanz über Treppe gut ereichbar. Saubere Unterkunft mit zweckmässiger Einrichtung. Zuvorkommende Betreuung durch Vermieter und hilfreiche Dokumentationen (Restaurantempfehlungen). Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus mit Freude weiter.

Zu einem sehr erholsamen Sommerurlaub trug das schöne Ferienhaus bei. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und war für uns (3 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) vollkommen ausreichend. Parkplätze stehen am Eingang zum Gelände zur Verfügung, wenn man nicht in die Garage einparken möchte. Wir fühlten uns durch den Vermieter sehr gut betreut und freuen uns schon sehr auf das nächste Mal!!

Nice house with a great view
We spent two weeks with a small child. The apartment is very nice. It has air conditioning and has a great view on the sea. The house is very close to the beach of La Fossette and has a good garden. I would definitively recommend staying here.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wir haben hier mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (11 und 13) unsere sehr späten Osterferien verbracht. Am meisten begeistert hat uns die lauschige Terrasse mit Holzkohle-Kugelgrill und der wunderschöne Ausblick (wie beschrieben, vom Verkehrslärm haben wir kaum etwas gemerkt). Die Küche ist in der Tat ein wenig eng aber vollständig ausgestattet und für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen ausreichend. Die Räumlichkeiten insgesamt waren der Beschreibung entsprechend und sauber. Für unseren Renault Scenic war die Garage allerdings immer wieder eine Herausforderung aber mit etwas Geduld machbar. Insgesamt war es zu dieser Jahreszeit ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Auch wir würden wiederkommen.
