A space in its own in which you'll enjoy a spacious shaded living room, a lounge area and a lunch corner, all nestled in a peaceful green setting on the hillside of La Fossette. The stylishly decorated interior is no less delightful, with its beautiful, refined and comfortable spaces. The large living room, with its bay windows, features a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely dining room and a lounge area. Two bedrooms are adjoining, the first with a queen-size double bed opening onto the terrace, and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with large shower and separate toilet complete this exceptional mazet.

The residence

Anthemis is a charming residence in Le Lavandou perched on the heights of La Fossette. Peace and quiet with exceptional views, each property has its own entrance and private car park. The Fossette beach and restaurants are just an 8-minute walk away (550 metres).

A construction site is underway opposite the residence until the 1st quarter of 2025 - the site will be interrupted during the summer.
