Les Docks, a 50 m² apartment, entirely renovated in 2020, with a modern decoration, will be the ideal pied-à-terre for your stay in Le Havre, for business or leisure. Comfortably accommodating 1 to 4 people, the apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need: linen provided (sheets and towels), bed made up on arrival, wifi, functional kitchen, etc.

Accommodation :
On the 1st floor, accessible by stairs (spiral staircase), it is composed as follows:
- Pleasant and bright living room: TV lounge area with sofa bed for a 2nd bed, dining table for 4 people
- Fully equipped kitchen: gas stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
- Double bedroom (bed 140) with storage cupboard
- Bathroom with Italian shower
- Separate toilets
- Private parking for your car

District:
- Located in the Saint-François district, the oldest district of Le Havre, near the port with fish market at the end of the street.
- Beach at 5 min walk, train station at 5 min, near downtown, museum.

semaine au havre
bonne localisation pour cet appartement, proche de lieux emblématiques du Havre; tout peut se faire à pied avec un parking gratuit pour le véhicule ( ce qui est un plus). Celui-ci est dans l'ensemble très bien , même si le manque d'ampoules dans le couloir et l'escalier d'accès ont nécessité l'utilisation du tel pour s'éclairer( pas pratique avec les sacs..et dangereux) de même que la cuisine qui est spartiate: ustensiles minimalistes et anciens (pas de saladier, pas de bols, poêle vétuste, .. ), placards rempli de denrées non vérifiées. Ce sont les 2 points, facilement perfectibles, pour que cet appartement devienne parfait!

L'appartamento si trova in una zona da dove in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nei punti più interessanti della città. L'appartamento è complessivamente buono, meriterebbe un rinnovo per quanto riguarda la cucina e il materasso, ma il rapporto prezzo qualità è corretto.

Le premier jour nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude, nous l’avons récupérée qu’en début d’après midi le lendemain et 2 jours après même problème mais réglé plus rapidement. L’appartement est spacieux et agréable à vivre attention au lustre dans le salon qui est assez bas quand on mesure plus de 1m80 cela peut être dangereux."

Venu au Havre avec mon fils pour un tournois d'échec à Gonfreville (15 minutes) j'ai pu profiter du Havre et d'Etretat sans la foule. Un super appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible (et réactif).

Ces éléments ayant déjà été signalés par d'autres voyageurs, je pensais que des petits travaux auraient été faits pour que cela soit réparé, mais non... Les Docks "Une semaine passé dans cet appartement très bien situé en plein cœur de ville avec commerces et restaurant à proximité. L’appartement est spacieux avec une jolie sale de bain. Or en lisant les commentaires cela est dommage de retrouver des défauts encore présents malgré des signalements déjà fait par d’autres locataires. En effet, nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée un bel appartement en surface, mais la lumière des toilettes n’est toujours pas fonctionnelle, pas de rideau dans le salon, ce qui ne le rend pas très cozy, les draps du lit qui sont plus qu’usées (boulottes), la literie qui est à notre goût très très molle, la porte de l’armoire qui est à deux doigts de tomber, l’évier de la salle de bain qui fuit, le mitigeur de douche qui reste bloqué en position chaude…. Malheureusement des petits défauts simples a régler et qui rendraient le séjour plus agréable. Mention spéciale pour les moules frites de chez Sebastien (La marmite de Mamie) que nous recommandons !!"

Alles gut. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Kleiderschrank ist defekt, auswechsel wäre gut. Küchenzubehör, z.B. Salatschüssel, Salatbesteck, Reibe, Suppenteller noch besser ausstatten. Eine Erklärung; wie uns wo Müll entsorgt werden soll. Ein Tipp wo kostenlise Parkmöglichkeiten zu finden sind.

Spacieux, confortable, propre et bien isolé des bruits extérieurs, sans voisin à proximité, idéal pour se ressourcer en couple en profitant d'un bel emplacement (proximité restaurants, pharmacie, boulangerie, arrêt de bus, musées, port..). Le parking privé est un joli plus. Accès atypique (couloir puis escalier d'une vingtaine de marches en colimaçon), se fait sans souci pour toute personne ne présentant pas de problème de santé/mobilité. Connexion Wi-Fi excellente. Légers bémols concernant le four (ne chauffe pas correctement et nécessiterait un nettoyage complet), la lumière des WC avec faux-contact (s'éteint dès que l'on fait coulisser la porte, le bouton étant à l'extérieur nous nous retrouvions dans le noir) et le double dressing miroir de la chambre, incroyablement beau mais malheureusement ""déboîté"". Notre hôte Cynthia s'est montrée très agréable et disponible par téléphone. Nous pourrions revenir sans hésiter, merci !"
