Right off the beach and fun location
The owner is really easy to communicate with and very nice. The location is great, right off the beach and a couple of minutes by foot to the port center. The futon is more comfortable than I expected, but I was surprised that bedding and linens weren't included. Luckily, Luc offers them as a supplement. A real plus for summer months is his supplemental offer of a garage and use of bicycles. I wish there had been wifi. All in all, it's a deal.

It was very clean, modern and in an excellent location.
We decided to make up the futon as a bed during the duration of the stay to save sorting it out every night. It did mean we were restricted to sitting on the high chairs at the breakfast bar, but as we were out most of the time and really only intended to sleep in the accommodation this wasn't a problem to us. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, we were on bicycles and it was great to come back and go for a swim every day. We were also fortunate that the Arenes du Grau du Roi was being held and the horses and bulls were run through the town every day ending up on the beach right next to the property. This is a perfect base, there is so much to do locally. We can highly recommend it.

Superbe location a 20 m de la plage Durant notre séjour nous avons posé la voiture en arrivant et l'avons repris pour partir à la fin du séjour car tout peut se faire a pieds près de tout les commerces de proximité Le propriétaire est très accueillant et serviable Je recommande les yeux fermés

Idéalement bien placé
Le studio est a quelques mètres de la plage du Grau de Roi. On peut se garer juste devant la porte ou dans un parking souterrain. Les commerces, restaurants et autres sont à seulement 5 mn à pied. Le propriétaire a été très réactif et la communication avec lui a été très bonne. L'équipement du studio est complet. Il n'y a pas de lave linge, mais une laverie est à proximité. Pensez à prendre vos draps et oreillers. 2 vélos sont même dispo pour se déplacer sans utiliser la voiture. J'y reviendrais volontiers.

Très bon séjour, l’appartement est vraiment à 1minute de la plage, si ce n’est moins. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, tout y est ! Quant au gérant, il est au top lui aussi, très compréhensif malgré quelques péripéties de notre côté, il est adorable !

Schönes kleines, sauberes 1 Zi. Appartment direkt am Strand
Das Objekt liegt direkt am Strand. Es verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit einem Keramikkochfeld mit (nur) zwei Kochstellen und (echt Luxus) einer kleinen Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Bad verfügt über eine schöne Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und hat ein Fenster. Die Schlafcouch geht in Ordnung. Eine Seite ist etwas härter als die andere. Es besteht die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu mieten, was ich dringend empfehle. Die Luft ist voll Salz und Sand (der Nachteil der Nähe des Meeres). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Uns hat er sogar 2 Fahrräder geliehen (kostenlos). Die stehen allerdings in der Garage. Vielleicht muss man die Garage mieten, um die Fahrräder zu bekommen. Am Besten einfach freundlich danach fragen oder der Vermieter bietet es Euch von sich aus an. Weiterer Nachteil der Nähe zum Meer ist, dass es überall sandig ist. Auch in der Wohnung. Da kann man putzen wie man will: eine Stunde später knirscht es wieder. Insgesamt eine TOP-Unterkunkft, die ich empfehlen kann.
