The beautiful vacation home is situated in a quiet location and is comfortable and well equipped. Here you can enjoy yourself with your extended family or a family of friends. Rest in the lovingly furnished living room and watch a movie with your loved ones. With your loved ones you can also conjure together in the kitchen and have your meals in the open air.

This beautiful house is located in the community of Grand Village-Plage on the Ile d'Oleron. It is 1200 m away from the nearest beach, namely the beach of Allassins, accessible via the pass of Trillou. The nearest bike path is 400 m away. Therefore, you have the choice of being active or relaxing on the beach.
Royan and La Palmyre zoo are 30 minutes away by car, Ile de Ré and La Rochelle are about 1 hour drive away and are also worth exploring by you.
