Chalet Argali is an OVO Network property. This wonderful chalet on the edge of the ski village of Chinaillon sleeps 14 people (12 adults max) in six bedrooms.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

It's in a great location on the edge of the piste, which means skiers with some experience can ski straight down to the village lifts. However, beginners should make their way to the lifts which are just 1km away.

The chalet has six bedrooms, five of which have en suite shower rooms, and two have extra beds ideal for children. There is also a separate shower room for the sixth bedroom. However there is no bath in the chalet, which may not suit families with very young children.

The sunny balconies and terrace are wonderful places to relax, both in winter and in summer, with wonderful views of the mountains from the hot tub and pétanque piste. You're sure to spend a lot of time out there. In the summer, you don't even need to go inside to cook, with a kitchen and barbecue on the terrace.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

IMPORTANT : experienced skiers will be able to reach the village and the lifts on skis from the chalet. They will also be able to ski back to the chalet depending on snow conditions. Children and beginners will have to take the car to the village. NOTE: the plancha is not available from October to 15/04 included. 2 of the single beds are located on one of the double bedroom's mezzanine, with a very low ceiling. Please check the photos before booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We accept a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Would definitely recommend
Beautiful chalet with plenty of space and wonderful views down the valley and up into the mountains. Our host was super friendly and happy to help. Beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. We rented for a long weekend as a group of cyclists, out of ski season and pre-summer so roads were very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week in this house!
The view was unique and we really enjoyed the outdoor barbecues. The kitchen equipment exceeded our expectations (3 dishwashers, various coffee machines and all kinds of cooking utensils, outdoor barbecue, etc. everything is great!). The area is very beautiful for hiking. The two owners gave us a warm welcome and were always available to answer our questions.

Très belle semaine dans un chalet de grande qualité, aux prestations appréciées. Confortable à l'intérieur, l'espace extérieur permet de s'isoler comme de profiter ensemble du soleil et de l'ombre, et du terrain de pétanque, du jacuzzi, des terrasses... Chalet magnifique avec vue incroyable
Chalet magnifique, refait à neuf, joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Situé sur les hauteurs de Chinaillon (15 min à pied) dans la verdure avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes à 360°, on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Les départs de randonnées sont tout près, les commerces à 15 minutes à pied. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et adorables. Nous y avons passé un séjour idéal en famille à la fois sportif et reposant.

Séjour fin mai pour se retrouver en famille avec 3 enfants de 3 à 6 ans. Superbe emplacement dans la nature, à proximité de petites randonnées faciles. Le chalet est magnifique, très bien équipé, avec des pièces spacieuses, des chambres très confortables avec une literie excellente. La chambre avec mezzanine est parfaite pour un couple avec 2 enfants. Accueil très chaleureux et hôtes flexibles. Bref, un excellent séjour: on y reviendra avec plaisir!

Fabulous holidays
Absolutely stellar communication and very helpful host! The house is fabulous, warm and cozy. The location is a bit outside of a village and you'll need a car to get around (outside of hiking), but it is also to be expected from a mountain region. Overall we had a great time here.

Joli pied-à-terre
Une semaine très agréable passée dans ce beau chalet d’alpage restauré avec goût. Magnifiques vues des terrasses, coin détente et cuisine d’été bien appréciés. Communication très fluide avec nos hôtes. Ce coin des Alpes est à découvrir sans tarder et le chalet Argali est un joli pied à terre où séjourner. Etape suivante: ajouter un jacuzzi!
