"Good staff, rooms, restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the gym comprised just a treadmill, a rowing machine and some light handweights (i.e. not a gym) and the steam room / hammas and spa were not working. Decent accommodation but overpriced considering these underwhelming facilites."

"when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service."
