Beautiful Chalet - 10-12 People - Heated swimming pool in the residence

Fantastic location for winter or summer holidays.
Also available out of season April-June and September - December for weekends or short stays - for beautiful hikes etc (swimming pool / shops not open out of season). Weekend rental price OUTSIDE ski season and July / August = € 475.

Located in the center of the Joue du Loup resort - Dévoluy area - 100km from the slopes.
A few minutes walk from the ski lifts, ski schools, shops, restaurants etc.

Solid pine chalet with 4 bedrooms built in a traditional setting.

Capacity for 8-12 people. 2 x double beds, 6 x single beds, a sofa bed (2 beds), 1 x fireside chair for a young child, 1 x baby cot, 1 x high chair.

Located in a residence with heated indoor pool and sauna.

On the ground floor - Large living room with a pull-out double sofa bed, flat screen TNT TV, DVD player, dining table for 10-12 people, wood stove. Kitchen area with fridge, electric ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.

2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, bathroom with bath-shower, sink, separate toilet.

Upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed.
Shower room with shower, sink and WC.

Large terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the valley and the mountains.

Location - La Joue du Loup in Hautes-Alpes in Dévoluy (05) - resort at an altitude of 1500m.

La Joue du Loup is a village of traditionally built chalets and apartments. A good selection of shops and restaurants -
2 supermarkets, ski and clothing stores, bakery, gift shops, gourmet grocery stores with local products, night club, bars, distributor, tourist office, cinema, nursery.

Less than 200m from the ski lifts - Fast chairlift / gondola lift to the Superdévoluy ski area - 100 km of slopes - Black 5, Red 15, Blue 23, Green 16.

Ski club for young children and the ski school from 5 years old.

La Joue du Loup is located at the top of the Dévoluy valley and has developed from a pretty Alpine village with little traffic. Excellent facilities and ski lifts for the connection system in the Dévoluy ski area. It has a good record of snow and sun and offers ski access for all levels. An ideal destination for everyone.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Chalet agréable, au calme, à 5min à pied du front de neige et à proximité départ rando raquettes. Cuisine complète avec four, plaque céramiques, micro-onde, grilles- pain, cafetière, machine à capsule. Piscine bien chauffée. Double local à ski juste à l extérieur du chalet. Station familiale. Bon contact par mail avec propriétaire, informations partagées complète.

Beau chalet bien agencé et bien placé. Dommage, cette bonne impression est gâchée par l'accueil désagréable du personnel de la conciergerie et l'état de saleté du chalet, toilettes non faites, beaucoup de poussière partout et des toiles d'araignée un peu partout.

très décevant+++
Chalet très sale+++, avec une mauvaise évacuation d'eau (et ainsi une mauvaise odeur dans les salles de bains/ WC), aucun produit ménager, cuisine avec ustensiles abîmés (poêles inutilisables tant elles étaient usées, nous avons dû en racheter, spatules en plastique cassées) et sous équipée (pas de fouet, peu de vaisselle). couvercle de poubelle absent, terrasse étroite avec table extérieure large (impossible de manger à plus de 6), pas de barbecue, pas de lave linge, pas de bois pour la cheminée. accueil froid voire glacial. Pour couronner le tout, énormément de mouches. Bref, je déconseille.

Quand nous sommes arrivés le ménage n avait pas été fait par les précédents locataires. Le service de conciergerie a été très efficace nous avons récupéré le chalet 1 h après Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chalet très fonctionnel très agréable nous le relouerons avec plaisir

Beau chalet. Bel emplacement.
Un chalet aussi grand que ce qui était décrit sur les photos. Seul bémol, l'isolation phonique entre les pièces mais bon comme à peu près dans n'importe quel chalet que j'ai pu tester en vacances. Pour le reste, superbe emplacement, a 5-10 minutes max des pistes. Équipement complet! Pas déçu!

Les points forts: -Le chalet est très bien équipé (feu de cheminée top) -Systeme de conciergerie super, nous avons été très bien accueillie, le micro onde ne marchait pas il a été changé dans l’heure Points faible: -augmentation du tarif de la location par rapport au prix annoncé -pas aussi près des pistes que ce qu’il y a annoncé dans le descriptif (5 bonne min à pied) -pas d’appareil à raclette

beau séjour en famille
Cadre superbe et reposant. Le chalet est agréable et bien équipé. La vue est superbe. Concernant la propreté c'est convenable (quelques endroits mal nettoyés) l'aspirateur ne marchait pas. Beaucoup d'activités et peu de monde, c'est plutôt reposant et familial comme endroit de vacances.
