Très belle vue
Bel emplacement, accès direct à la plage depuis la terrasse… baignade limitée aux marées, eau à mi cuisses au max , vue magnifique sur la baie. Jolie résidence un peu datée à 20 minutes du centre à pieds. Appartement un peu vieillot mais confortable , pas assez entretenu (jardin, terrasse, rambarde) ménage très succinct Douche à rénover, Wc sale a l’arrivée Plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine vieillots ou cassés Odeur et salissures sur oreillers et dans l’armoire de la chambre Canapé inconfortable, coussins affaiblis, inutilisable si dos fragile
