"This is a lovely hotel. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and welcoming. The room was a single room, and was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was great and towels fluffy. One thing I would say is that the door to the bathroom is clear - not a problem for me as I was alone (and think my room was meant for one). Not sure if other room types have the same set up but may be worth checking as, if you’re sharing a room, depending on who you’re travelling with, this may not be suitable. That isn’t meant as a criticism at all - just think it’s something I would want to know in advance. The location was perfect as it’s close to the beautiful Lake Annecy, and also close to lots of bars / restaurants nearby. It also felt really safe as a solo female traveller. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed in the penthouse. Very good space. The showers were a little small and a pity the shuttle service provided by the hotel was not running anymore so made travelling about more challenging. The food was surprisingly very good in the restaurant. "
