"A wonderful house in a great location. We only used the downstairs as there were only 2 of us with our dog but there would have been plenty of space for a family. The documentation provided for the house appliances was excellent. Perhaps somewhere to dry wet items would have been useful in varied weather! It might have been us but we only found a few TV stations were available. We enjoyed the area greatly"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Point St Mathieu, and found that the villa suited our needs very well. We all found the beds amazingly comfortable so we slept very well. The garden was well used for eating al fresco and relaxing on loungers and in the hot tub. We appreciated the wine on arrival, an invitation to the local Fest Noz and the amazingly interesting views. All in all a memorable week."

"Our family had a wonderful stay in this excellent villa in the fantastic village of Porspoder. There was plenty of space for our family of four and our dog. The property was great and the private pool was superb. Perfect to splash around in and play in the heat - we even went in when it was raining! "Le logement a été rénové très partiellement et à l'arrache et non entièrement. L'électricité n'est pas aux normes. Certains équipements manquent par rapport à l'annonce. Il manque de sécurité à la terrasse. La vu sur le grand terrain est très appréciable et le lieu est calme. Dommage le logement a un fort potentiel mais avec une bonne rénovation."

"Much larger swimming pool than we imagined and the beaches a few minutes in the car are white sand. The garden is quite large and there is decking and plenty of seats outside. Nextflix available and wifi was good. The beds are a mixture of single double and sofa beds. Arnaud the owner was very friendly. For us, on prior request he allowed three small dogs."
