"Location and view is stunning. The Pool is amazing warm and our boys loved it. Communication with the host is simple. The house is big and clean we had a wonderful week in Roscoff but the house needs renovation, some things are simply broken and need replacement (vacuum cleaner, shower holder) others are just old or not of good quality. There is outdoor furniture but no cushions, the barbecue is a really cheap one and comes without any barbecue tools."

"Seven days of craziness ! First we were in Miami with friends, we could go to Miami Beach, The Everglades, did shopping, go to restaurants and bars because the villa was perfectly situated ! But you don't even need to go out to feel in holidays. You have everything you need at the disposal. "

"We had a great family holiday here. The owners were really helpful and responsive to questions and allowed us to check in early on the first day which was much appreciated after a 4.45 wake up on the ferry! The house was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The warm outside shower was great for after the beach. Lovely beaches very nearby which we had to ourselves (end of May). The garden was great for the kids and we enjoyed the selection of garden games. We’d come and stay here again....

"Lovely property, 5 minute walk to the coastal path and then a couple of minutes to the nearest beach with a lovely restaurant (Le Theven). Bikes, table tennis, table football and games all available and in great condition. Really helpful host with ideas. Peaceful setting. Only 30 mins from Roscoff. Lots of beautiful beaches nearby. Would recommend"

Des lumières extraordinaires , au coucher du soleil, sur les célébres clochers de St pol de Léon, des marches vers l'île Callot, le chateau du Taureau au milieu de la riviere de Morlaix avec des panoramas grandioses,( à visiter ) Une maison ou toutes les chambres ont vue mer..un séjour inoubliable, en famille."

"We have just had a magical stay in Santec. The photos really don't do the house and the location justice. Yvonne had gone to a big effort to make sure the house was spotless on arrival and had put fresh flowers in the house and made 40 fresh crepes along with jam and marmalade.
