We had a great stay. Perfect location and beautiful river view. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent furnishings. Enjoyed the bags and shuffleboard. Appreciated the garage access.

Location, location vacation!
Beautiful large home convenient to quad cities. We were visiting Davenport for our daughters graduation from Palmer. We could not have chosen a better location for our family. A stay here will not disappoint!

Amazing stay
We were at a basketball tournament and stayed at this adorable house. The owner was extremely sweet and answered all of our questions. Once we got to the house I was amazed at how roomy and clean the house is. The owner thought of everything! Lots of space and very well kept we would definitely stay here again!

Great place for girls weekend
We loved our stay at the Eagles Nest. Extremely clean with a well-stocked kitchen. We had 4 adults and appreciated having our own bedrooms as well as roomy, comfortable living spaces to hang out together. We’ll be back next year!

Great getaway
We enjoyed our stay in LeClaire and would visit the property again. The home was clean, comfortable and larger than I expected. We enjoyed playi g shuffle board. Kitchen was well equipped to cook .

3 couples stayed here. We loved that each of us had a private area. We loved the table shuffleboard and boss toss. The home was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything needed. Wish we had a better view of the Missisppi.

Comfy getaway
Our group of four needed a space for some work time and some play time. The space of this home provided each of those needs with lots of nice amenities like the fireplaces, various cozy spots for reading and some fun games to play.

Our daughter had her wedding reception at Davenport County Club which is 6 minutes away from this property. The property was absolutely perfect! It is a great location and we could get to all our destinations easily. The interior was decorated professionally and provided enough space for 8 adults comfortably. This is a perfect property and we highly recommend it!!

Great weekend
Came there with my boys!(dad,nephew,husband and son) Came out there to watch the World series of drag racing in Cordova draway. The house was absolutely beautiful and not a bad drive from the track. Plenty of space for all of us to space out and relax after the long hot day.

Beautiful home
This is a large home with lots of room for people to spread out. Very clean and well stocked - we had everything we needed. Balconies were great for sitting and watching the river and reading a good book. The host is awesome and very responsive and LeClaire is a fun little town. Most highly recommended!!

We were amazed that this property was a rental. The pictures are nice but the property is better. Very up-to-date and comfortable. 2 car garage was very convenient with little ones. Very well stocked and very responsive to any communication. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Home
We had a group of 8 adults and we had plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The only bad part of the stay is the traffic noise and the train at night. We were exhausted most nights so we still slept well even with the noise. We visited many breweries in the area and surrounding areas and enjoyed the scenic downtown LeClaire. Overall was a great stay and would recommend to others!

Fantastic Home !!
Rented this home to have family meet for Thanksgiving. Sheila went above and beyond to accommodate our large number of guests to be seated for dinner. The home truly is completely stocked with everything. The abundant seating available was ideal and the large screen TVs were appreciated for watching movies and sports. My entire family raved about this home. We will definitely book with Sheila again.

Immaculate mod river home
Perfect home for multiple or large families. Plenty of little nooks and spaces to allow some guests to gather and other guests to have quiet time. Fabulous rec room and outdoor patio/fire pit that are perfect for entertaining. Decor is very calm and tasteful- love the little touches that make this space feel homey. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Close proximity to Quad Cities and easy access to I80. Owner was very pleasant and responsive. We absolutely loved staying here.

Very roomy! Clean!
This house has a lot of space. It has four big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! It is 4 levels, with a living area (couch, chairs, and TV) on three levels!! Plus a TV in every room. Wheel chair accessible from the garage and it leads to living room/game room with a bedroom and bathroom on that level. The wheel chair could not go up to the kitchen. Wonderful house and a wonderful host. Highly recommended!!
