We do not speak French but everyone spoke English including the cleaning team and they made the place feel very welcoming. Thank you all! As it was around Christmas time the hotel was very nice decorated and they also had a team of 5 people dressed as elfs which came to visit the hotel and and interract with people....

"Loved the place, accommodation was great, perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens, very comfortable and stunning views t the mountains. Also very well located for shuttles to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants. Bar, restaurant and social area on the ground floor were very convenient and great vibes. Staff was amazing!!"
