"We enjoyed our stay at this well-located and clean hotel. The service was also very nice with super helpful and accommodating staff who helped make our first visit to Switzerland much easier! The breakfast was also very good - the only issue was that we came near opening on the first day and found no fresh fruits available - but Day 2 had everything we could want:) The only issue to check is the climate control in your room because the outdoor window does not open, and on our stay the weather turned warm and the room AC did not work properly so it was a stuffy night. "

"Just in front of the Lausanne station. Great location to give an easy access to everywhere. The only disappointment was that when checking in, one of the staff told that he would bring the Lausanne Passport Card (free pass for transportation for tourists) to my room in 5 minutes but he never appeared. "Lausanne Palace is ideally located near the main shopping and dinning area. My only slight complaint is the inconsistency of the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 days. Some days they were great, but a few times they forgot to replenish the necessities like the body wash. "

"This hotel was within walking distance of the train station. The hotel also provided a free local transport card. The hotel was in a quiet location and we had a great view of Lake Geneva from our room. There were plenty of good restaurants near by. This is a nice hotel and very clean rooms. thumbs up for housekeping! shiny chrome and clean kettle and cups, everything you need for a relaxing stay they serve it. The billiards is a plus, kept us entertained whenever we cannot go out due to wet weather.. only downside is the transport, we expected shuttle to and from the airport. we booked this for the convenience of airport transfer. Monica collected us from the Airport. Gregory was really warm welcoming us, he has a very friendly smile (beautiful eyes) and easy to talk to. However there was a slight misunderstanding with our room, we were given double bed instead for 3 guests (family) but was corrected the next morning and they gave us chicolaye when we came back to our room the next morning. was a sweet apology, made us smile.. Our 5 night Stay was all good apart from our early flight, we booked 7am flight and We were told that shuttle is not 24hrs. the driver/receptionist comes at 6am, that is the availability of their shuttle. If you have an early flight, do not count on their shuttle. expedia didn't state this hence we paid extra for uber, it cost us extra £42 :( "
