"This property is great value for money and is really close to thebest lifts in Alp d’Huez. For the cost it is really smart and the breakfast was excellent. Staff all really niceand helpful. €20 to use the spa which we were happy paying. Only advice is to get a room at the backof the property as the frontis quite noisey."

"Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing. Ski in and out is great, just make sure not to be like me and miss the last ski lift 😄 then it becomes an uphill walk to get to the hotel. The best part of this property - staff. Everyone is smiling, welcoming, willing to help, even if they are overwhelmed by many requests from different guests at the same time. I’d want to come back and stay there again. "

"This hotel is a practical ski hotel on the slopes. Generally, it is fine, it has a good spa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was catastrophically bad. In addition to this we had a very surreal experience when there was veal on the menu and we were instead served turkey. Staff argued at length that it was veal. I have never had such an experience in my life before. The senior staff went to great lengths to make up for it but the food was really terrible every day. Otherwise it was fine. "

"Property suited our needs well. Short walk to the piest but could almost ski back to the boot room. A little tired in places and knives, peelers could be sharper. Beds comfortable but pillows and duvet could do with a clean. Sheets fine tho. Basic big lockers in boot room so took boots into room to dry. Pool and sauna great. Supermarket ~5min walk. Ski hire on site."
