On the ground floor: Lounge with TV/satellite and a glazed dining room overlooking a beautiful terrace with overflow swimming pool, vineyards and mountains as backside. The modern, fully equipped and glazed American kitchen opens onto the same comfortably equipped terrace. Plancha and Barbecue. On the ground floor, there further is a double bedroom with an adjacent shower room. Numerous storages. Independent toilets.
