"Sylvie and Jean-Michel were absolutely amazing hosts. They are a warm, friendly and engaging couple that love what they do. Their lovely B&B is just a block from the beach where you can walk or ride for hours if you choose. The room was private, delightfully decorated, very clean, and exceptionally comfortable. Sylvie started our morning with a delicious homemade French breakfast complete with fresh fruits, breads, local cheeses, homemade jams, yogurts, crepes, and other delightful treats....

"We stayed 3 nights in August 2024 as a family of four. The place is beautiful. The room was great with a huge bathroom (and wonderful shower). The twin room upstairs had plenty of room for my two teenaged children. The food was the best bit. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, fruits and local dishes. "Stepping back into time staying in an 18th. Century Chateau with renovated beautifully decorated large rooms! Charles was our very charming host. He booked a dinner in town for us and had a great breakfast in front of a wood burning fireplace in the morning. Total luxury and experience. Also quite reasonable."

"Our room had the bare minimum , no wifi even though room was advertised with wifi , no amenities in the room apart from two small bottle of water . Mattress was so uncomfortable and tiny , even for two ladies . We couldn’t open the windows to get some fresh air and cool it ( there’s no fan or AC and weather was warm ) due to the mosquitoes on-site. There’s a pond near the house and apparently this is why there’s a lot of mosquitos. Even though the host is aware of that ,there was no intention...

"Christophe and Stephane have commenced a significant restoration project on this small 2nd Empire Chateau it’s grounds and outbuildings. The first stage of the Chateau is complete and is quite comfortable and well furnished. An external heated pool is provided with superb modern but period style surrounding buildings. The gardens are being restored and replanted with these works well advanced with a magnificent large stone dovecote and outbuildings next in line. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night...
