Peaceful break in amazing surroundings
The pool area is beautifully maintained and you can relax on comfortable loungers in the sun or the shade. It’s in the sun from about 9 to 6.30 (in late July). The owners discretely look after the pool each day and it is very clean and pleasant to swim in. The house is very clean , and it is spacious with sufficient seating for everyone. It is very French with the charm of a Southern France house. The kitchen is dated but it has all you need to prepare a meal. Some of the pots and pans are a little old. The mattress in the double bed (green and blue room) is very comfortable but the bed is quite a small double. The single beds in the larger bedroom are a little short. The property has shutters which help to keep the temperature down but fans in the bedrooms would help. Overall a very pleasant break. The property is nicely secluded, yet about 15 mins drive from Cannes. Too far to walk to the beach but ideally located with a car to visit the area and the beaches of the Massif de L’Estérel. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived extremely late but it was no problem. They also helped with our luggage on the last day as our plane wasn’t till much later in the day.

Déception
La maison n'est pas louée dans son entièreté, seul la dépendance supérieure est loué, pourtant sur l'annonce il y a bien la mention maison entière, vous aurez donc des voisins qui auront accès à la piscine et au petit jardin très mal entretenu. Par ailleurs, le décor intérieur a changé et a perdu en valeur. Cependant la piscine est plutôt propre et correspond bien aux photos avec pratiquement aucun vis-à-vis, de plus les chambres sont propres, la propriété est dans un environnement calme et très bien située. Cordialement un vacancier.

Not what we expected though beautifully positioned…
Wonderful location, beautiful garden, nice pool and view. Unfortunately quite disapppinting that it wasn’t mentioned in the advert that the owners lived in the house and had the entire downstairs to themselves. We were told to only use the one side of the garden as the owners had the other side to their sole usage. Made the rental seem more like renting an appartment and therefore the rental price seem much too expensive. The young proprietors were very friendly, but had their outside door to our side of the garden with the swimmingpool open the entire time which made our stay feel not very private. Very uncomfortable beds, dobble bed 140 cm, hard matresses, felt like sleeping on an ironing board. Old sheets, not enough blankets for everyone. No functioning light in the pool or pool area, didn’t work.

Amazing holidays
We were 2 adults, three kids including one baby. You can not imagine better house. Separate bedrooms, swimming pool, bbq, travel cot and high chair for our baby. Books and board games to entertain the whole family, private parking and location with easy drive to nearest family pints of interest. Thank you very much!!! You might come again!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, la maison est bien située, possibilité d'aller sur Cannes à pied ou en bus. Proximité de l'autoroute pour faire des excursions vers Nice, Monaco, Menton. Mais nous avons également apprécié la piscine, les ventilateurs dans les chambres et les moustiquaires aux fenêtres. Nous recommandons. Armelle

Agréable séjour
la description de la maison correspond exactement á la réalité. Nous avons passé 15 jours dans un endroit calme au bord d´une piscine parfaite. La location est trés bien située pour faire des visites , on est á proximité de tout, que ce soit pour visiter une ville comme Grasse (30min.) ou bien pour aller á la plage(15min.). sans oublier les magasins alimentaires (5min.). La maison est bien equipée. On vous remercie pour cette trés belle maison . On y reviendra. Merci Famille Tessier et Famille König

Excellentes vacances dans cette maison.
Agréable maison. La végétation du jardin est exceptionnelle et la piscine est magnifique. On peut dès le matin apercevoir des écureuils dans les arbres et dans la journée de jolis petits oiseaux viennent vous tenir compagnie. Les propriétaires des lieux sont des personnes charmantes et très discrètes.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Highlight ist der fantastische Pool sowie der wunderschöne Garten. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell am Meer und auch auf der Autobahn. Es gibt in der näheren Umgebung mehrere große Supermärkte. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns gute Vorschläge für Unternehmungen gemacht. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Marie und Eryck sowie den fils.

Vacances familiales au top
Un sejour de 15 jours en aout 2021 plus que parfait. L hébergement et la piscine etaient parfaits, les enfants ont adoré se baigner, on se sent vraiment comme chez nous. Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la location (commerces, accès autoroute etc...). La region est superbe, beaucoup de chosr a faire, a visiter, a voir ! 15 jours c est trop court. Les propriétaires sont tres agréables, discrets et surtout disponibles. Nous avons séjourné avec nos 3 enfants âgés de 3, 9 et 17 ans, ils sont ravis de ce sejour. La location est très bien équipée. Et la piscine... quel bonheur ! Famille LIEBERT

Une piscine exceptionnelle et un jardin luxuriant !
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison qui est totalement indépendante de la partie où loge les propriétaires (nous ne les avons pas vu du séjour). Le jardin est un endroit exceptionnel entre les piscine et toute la végétation luxuriante, un vrai paradis!

Zeer ruime vakantiewoning voorzien van alle comfort. 3 ruime slaapkamers en 2 mooie badkamers. Kinderen hebben genoten van fantastische zwembad. Supermarkt in nabijheid. Op wandelafstand 3km van centrum Cannes en strand. Ideale locatie om streek te verkennen.wij hebben enkel een vaatwasmachine gemist.

Kurz zusammengefasst, hier kann man seinen Urlaub entspannt verbringen.
Wir haben hier einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage von Le Cannet und der Nähe zur Autobahn lassen sich viele Orte und Strände am Meer schnell erreichen. Das Haus liegt in einem urbanen Wohngebiet, von dem aus sich Apotheke, Supermärkte und ähnliches leicht zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Trotzdem liegt das Haus ruhig und der Garten kann nicht von Nachbarn eingesehen werden. Der sehr saubere und große Pool, der von einem wirklich schönen Garten umgeben ist, hat uns besonders gefallen. Für das Frühstück oder Abendessen eignet sich der Terrassenbereich besonders gut, da man von dort einen schönen Blick über den Garten in ein angrenzendes Tal hat. Positiv haben wir den angebrachten Mückenschutz empfunden, mit dem man auch in der Nacht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Daran dürfen sich viele andere Unterkünfte ein Beispiel nehmen. Ansonsten war alles so, wie es von den Vermietern im Portal beschrieben wurde. Die Vermieter wohnen auch in dem Haus, haben ihren privaten Bereich von dem vermieteten Bereich getrennt, sind sehr diskret und um das Wohl der Mieter bemüht.

La piscine qui est dans un cadre merveilleux, a été bien appréciée par toute la famille et très bien entretenue par les propriétaires.chaque jour et bien discrètement. Merci à eux pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse ainsi que pour le respect de notre intimité. La location est très bien située avec les commerces à proximité et pour découvrir cette magnifique région.
