We have raised a claim (beware that this is booked through a separate agency Herez who once you have paid take very little interest or care. We took pictures and sent to Vrbo and Agency Herez of brown stained pillows, old bed blankets, broken and filthy shower and the whole place is old and tired. Nothing like the pictures on the website. "This was an excellent property that caters for all age groups. The property was large enough to cope with 8 adults and a baby. It was a 10 minute walk out of Sarlat so easy for early morning croissants or walking back from an evening meal. We had on incident which was quickly dealt with by the owner. "We had a lovely stay in Villa Vezac. The house is very well equipped, and in beautiful well maintained grounds. The hot tub is also a nice touch for the cooler evenings. You are surrounded by beautiful countryside and the local town, Sarlat de Caneda well worth visiting. Lucille, the house manager, was very welcoming and responsive, and spoke English - which helped! Nothing negative to say. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The house was exactly as advertised. It has everything you need for your stay including hairdryers! The pool is fantastic and the view from the house and pool is amazing.
