This villa was built in 2016, work was completed in early June.


House :

ENTRANCE: (5. 77 m2) This small entrance is equipped with a wall cupboard and a bench.

KITCHEN: (11. 30 m2) open to the dining room, this kitchen is fitted and fully equipped. It includes a fridge with freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hob and extractor hood, beer tap, Nespresso coffee machine, stools, storage.

BEDROOM 3: (11. 03 m2) This room is made up of 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wall cupboard, tables and storage.

BEDROOM 4: (12. 97 m2) This room is the largest and has disabled access. It is equipped with a 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a small desk with a chair, a wall cabinet and decorative pictures.

BATHROOM: This bathroom measures 4. 85 m2 and consists of a bathtub with basin, cupboards and a small trash can.
