The host is very amenable and always replies promptly, the house is well equipped, comfortable and the pool was a godsend during the hot sunny week. The village is well located near to carcassonne and a visit to the gouffre geant cave is spectacular. The villagers are welcoming and friendly and we used the boulangerie (we tried the daily special often) and green grocer most days. The cafe also serves a great pizza...

"We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week holiday at La Tourelle. This beautiful old house was lovely and spacious and very well equipped for our large party. The beds were comfy and the kitchen worked well for our large group. The children enjoyed exploring the woods and playing in the games room, we all enjoyed the pool and we spent most evenings enjoying a glass of wine under the tree (although the now TV box was a godsend at times!).
