superbe vue sur sur un chantier
une Terrace inexploitable de 10 h a 20h situer en plein sud sans possibilité de faire de l ombre surtouts en période de canicule impossible de ventiler le studio malgré tous une superbe vue sur le festival electrobeach par contre il faut savoir qu' il faut plus une semaine pour le montage du podium et une semaine pour le montage installation d un camion frigorifique au pied de immeuble qui tour de jour comme de nuit balayeuse qui nettoyeur vers 5h du matin bruit chariot élévateur avec le bip bip qui va bien en période de canicule les travaux se font de nuit un logement au cœur d un chantier publique .
