"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."

"We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...

"Amazing family room with 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen (no cooking facilities, just a sink, a fridge and some plates/cups/glasses) and a huge balcony/terrace with table and chairs. Many wardrobes (one in each bedroom and then 3 more for good measure), big TV sets in the living room and the big bedroom, a nice bathroom with a large shower and an extra WC room. "The room upon arrival was very dirty, a very bad smell from the toilet, dirty walls, dirty TV, dirty mirror, the problem was reported, but additional cleaning did not help. At the end of the stay, the curtain guide fell off."

"I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all."

"Sehr neue ,sehr schöne Anlage dicht an Ostsee und Jamunder See.Wird viel gebaut im nahen Umfeld. Sehr schöne Zimmer.Aber irgendwie fehlen die Trennwände auf den Balkonen.So ist das zum Balkon hin gelegende Bad ohne Vorhänge eher was für Exhibitionisten 😉"
