The partially renovated flat consists of a bright living area with kitchenette with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric oven/microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A country chic style wooden table suitable for up to 6 persons. A comfortable double sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children) and an armchair complete the living room. Air conditioning and wifi available for guests. Double bedroom with wardrobe, small bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe. Windowed bathroom with shower box and convenient washing machine. One covered parking space within the complex available, restricted access space (width 235 cm, height 200 cm, depth 600 cm). Cellar available to park bicycles safely, 2 sun loungers and 2 deck chairs available for guests to use at the pool (swimming cap required - guaranteed opening period 15/06-15/09 - open only with lifeguard on duty, hours: 11.00/13.00 and 15.30/19.30). Pets not allowed, non-smoking flat.

The total price consists in:

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
