"The rooms have no Air Conditioning so it was very hot and very uncomfortable to sleep. And the Road works next to the hotel ruins the mornings if you wanted lien."

"Fabulous find, great communication from owner, arrived late and excellent direction to rental was given. On entering the property was very impressed, what a bargain for such a lovely property. Would definitely recommend Birds Farm if your visiting Colchester or surrounding areas."
