"Visited for a friends wedding - Wonderful family running the place, very helpful and extremely accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Building was in very good condition and extremely clean. Beds were good but a softer pillow would have been my personal preference but that’s just me :) really would recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the area. "Set in a slightly tired area and trying to improve. The bar and restaurant area has been nicely renovated. The hotel is a work in progress and the renovation work in the rooms is clearly done on a very tight budget. It feels like it will continue to improve. On a positive side the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The area is OK but has seen better days."
